To help customers with some of the frequent questions we receive, we've created the following FAQ. If you don't find an answer to your question here, we invite you to contact us.

Q: How do I get the MP3's after I've made a purchase?

A: After completing your payment, you're directed to a custom download section on our site. This section will allow you do download all of the songs within your purchase. As a backup, we also send an e-mail with the link to reach this section. Note that download links only remain active for 120 hours or 5 downloads, whichever comes first.

Q: Help! I can't seem to find the music that I downloaded.

A: When you download make sure that you choose to save the song. If you just click open it doesn't save the song to your computer. Also it helps to create a folder for the music that you are downloading. When the download is complete you can then import the music into iTunes or Windows Media Player. Make sure that when you import the music into iTunes or Windows you've set it to make a copy when importing the music. If not when you delete or move the folder you saved your music in, Windows or iTunes will tell you it can no longer find your music.

Q: iTunes is no longer able to locate my song. Where did it go?

A: This is typically because the file didn't get copied into the iTunes music library, and so iTunes is referencing the file that was originally downloaded. If that file is ever deleted, then iTunes is no longer able to locate it. To solve this problem, open your iTunes preferences. Under the advanced section, make sure the "Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" is checked. This will ensure all songs downloaded and added to iTunes remain in iTunes.

Q: Do I really have to download every individual song?

A: No. If you buy a full album most of them come with a .zip file. There will be an item in the list that says a full (mp3) album in .zip format. Choose to download that one. All of the songs on the album will be in the .zip file. Depending on your internet connection it could take a while to download. After you download the .zip file you will need some software to unzip the file. There are free versions available on the internet if you do not have the software.

Q: I bought sheet music and didn't realize that I need to download and print the music myself and now the link is expired. How do I get my music?

Q: What is a digital album, and how does it work?

A: A digital album is one you can download on your computer as MP3's and either play it on your computer, burn your own cd from your computer, or upload to an iPod or similar MP3 player.

Q: Do you sell physical CDs and well as downloads?

A: We certainly do. The majority of albums within our catalog are available for both digital and physical purchases. Or course, if you do download the MP3's, you have the option of burning them to a disc for use in a traditional CD player.

Q: What methods of payment are available?

A: Currently we provide payment through the following credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). PayPal payments are not available at this time.

Q: What file format are the downloads provided in?

A: All downloads are provided in the MP3 file format at 160 bitrate.

Q: What software do you recommend to play the music in your catalog?

A: We recommend using iTunes from Apple, Inc. or Windows media Player.

Q: If I order a CD, how quickly will it arrive?

A: CDs ship within 2 business days via USPS First-Class Mail. After shipment, your CD should arrive within 10 - 14 business days. For international or APO/FPO addresses, please allow up to 21 business days.
