Lyndy Butler's sophmore album, Going Places, begins with starry eyed hopefulness, answers the call for an adventure, loops through love and luck and getting lost, conquers misdirection, dares to dream but reminds you that sometimes you are right where you are meant to be. (Plus, there is a song about a heart-stealing robot!)
Lyndy Butler mixes musicianship and motherhood and all the joy and pain of everyday life, delivered with lighthearted energy and unquestionable soul.
She has traveled throughout the West sharing her original tunes, has opened for phenomenal acts like Utah's Ficitionist, Nashville's Due West, and Canadian Music Awards Artists of the Year, The Abrams Brothers.
She has won several notable songwriting competitions and recently showcased as a finalist at the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival in Lyons, Colorado.
When Lyndy isn't performing or songwriting she is flying, fighting crime, and doing other normal mom/wife stuff.
